In the various Pilates mat classes, you have the opportunity to take part in a very special Pilates workout. Pilates Prenatal - Pilates für expectant mothers
We also offer suitable Pilates classes during pregnancy. The exercises in this class are adapted to your mobility and optimally tailored to you. Pilates exercise tailored to your needs will help you strengthen your muscles holistically. You improve your posture and thus reduce possible back pain. Through breathing and relaxation exercises, you benefit from a feeling of well-being and calmness.
Pilates Prenatal takes place weekly on Thursdays and Saturdays. Treat yourself to this workout in a small group (max. 8 people). We recommend Pilates Prenatal from the 16th week of pregnancy. Of course, you can also join before or after.
Pilates Postnatal - recovery through individual workout
The focus on the core of the body and a strong pelvic floor also makes our Pilates courses in Zurich the ideal training for postnatal recovery. The gentle and restorative Pilates postnatal workout (without your baby) helps you to regain awareness of your pelvic floor and at the same time strengthen your deep abdominal muscles.
