PILATES TEACHER: DINA SCHÜRCH
My passion for exercise has accompanied me my whole life. My favourite way to exercise is in the outdoors, whether daily cycling, ski touring, surfing or hiking.
I learned about Pilates during my postnatal training after the birth of my second child. At first, I didn't find It strenuous enough; I hardly felt any muscle soreness or broke a sweat. Nevertheless, I noticed that I always came home with a lot of energy and a smile on my face.
It was only later that I properly understood Pilates, carried out the exercises correctly and gradually got to know my inner, small muscles. As a result, my posture improved, and I gained better control over my body.
I decided to become a Pilates instructor alongside my job as a nurse at the hospital so that I could, with joy, encourage each individual to do something good for themselves.
