What is Pilates for me? A varied full-body workout that is simply fun! It makes me feel more aware of my body, strengthens and mobilizes me, and allows me to unwind while doing it!
After a back injury, I decided to delve even deeper into Pilates. As a trained biologist, I initially wanted to learn more about the method and the interplay between all body components. I was soon fascinated by the daily progress and the energy that the training brought. That's why I decided to become a Pilates teacher—I want to share my enthusiasm with others and pass on my knowledge.
I love the challenge. The Pilates method offers so many possibilities, whatever your level - and it never gets boring! You can expect a mixture of classic Pilates and contemporary flow exercises in my classes. It is important to me to cater specifically to your needs, and of course, a pinch of fun is always guaranteed.
