You are pregnant and want to train in a small group?
The Mama Glow course is a mat course and we recommend you take the course from the 16th week of pregnancy at the latest (of course you can start before or after). The course language is English.

Adva, Ramena and Julia are moms themselves and our experts when it comes to pregnancy and postnatal sessions. They will guide you with competence and personal advice, with a lot of heart and passion!
